Ghanaian multiple award winning actress and TV personality, Joselyn Dumas, had a brief hilarious moment on the road this afternoon when she was pulled over by a Ghana policeman.
And her offense was that she was sad or maybe sick and driving at the same time.

But when did it become an offense to drive sad or sick in Ghana? I guess the policeman got paid today and he was just sharing his excitement on the road with the commuters.
