Dr. Kwabena Donkor, The Power Minister Has Resigned

In the month of June this year, Ghana's Power Minister, Dr. Kwabena Donkor promised to resign if load shedding also know as 'Dumsor' goes beyond December 31, 2015 unresolved.

He said, "By the end of December load shedding will have ended. I am crazy enough to have said I will resign from my position if load shedding goes beyond 31 December, 2015. I have put my head on the block."

Information gathered by SasuGhana and sources very close to the Minister indicate that the Minister for Power, Dr. Kwabena Donkkor has resigned from his office today December 31.

But yesterday, December 30, the Ministry of Power released a statement announcing that its load shedding programme in respect of the electricity supply has been brought to an end. Hence, no more dumsor as typical Ghanaians would understand.

Kumasi Police Retrieve AK47s and Machine Guns from Alabar

The police on Saturday retrieved a large quantity of guns from a house at alabar, a suburb of Kumasi.

The guns included AK47 and machine guns with ammunition.

The operation which was spearheaded by the Manhyia Divisional Command according to Graphic Online sources was upon a tip off.

Some arrests were also made. The Regional Police Command has scheduled a press briefing on Monday, to give more details on what could be the biggest arms haul in the history of the police in Kumasi.

Mzbel Fights Mark Okraku Mantey, calls him 'Kwasia' and all

The renowned music producer and Chief Executive Officer of Slip Music, Mark Okraku Mantey who is also the programmes manager at Hitz 103.9 FM in Accra has been called by the abominable word that is not used on the male sex by Ghanaian songstress, Mzbel.

Nana Ekua Amoah also known as Mzbel has insulted the music producer and Hitz FM programmes manager by calling him 'Kwasia'(Foolish) for saying her talent is weak, among others on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz today.

According to Mark, “Mzbel’s talent has also been seen by me as weak. She always used physique which is not bad in selling but if the product which is her song is not there, we give you away. It is because the product has neglected her. Some people had said worst things about Mzbel years ago but she didn’t complain because her songs were hit.”

Mzbel found his comments unpleasant and she took to her Instagram page and posted, "Someone please tell Okraku Mantey to STFU! If no one ever heard me complain abt how my image and name was being tarnished till now it's because then, there was no platform to do so not because I was enjoying it WTF!

"Where is the 4kin AMAZING songstress Okraku Mantey launched into the industry years back? Why is he not comparing me to her? Is she deceased?

Kwaw Kese Reacts to the alleged Bulldog death threat to Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale had a press conference on Pluzz 89.9 FM this afternoon to tell his side of the story and everything that transpired before the 31st October, 2015 break up between him and Bullhaus Entertainment(and Bulldog, his personal manager).

When the press conference was in session, Shatta Wale told the host(Samuel) and the panel that when him and Bulldog were away from Ghana on his Europe tour recently, he had some issues with Bulldog and he(Bulldog) threatened to kill him(Shatta Wale) like he killed the 'guy'.

According to Shatta Wale, "Bulldog said, "I will kill you like I killed the 'guy'""

This revelation from Shatta Wale has made listeners and Ghanaians suspect the 'guy' Bulldog was referring to in this alleged death threat as Kwaw Kese's dead manager, Fennec Okyere.

Fennec Okyere was a victim to contract killing last year and Bulldog was arrested and interrogated by the Ghana Police as the prime murder suspect.

Bulldog was later released and set free since the evidence available wasn't enough to incarcerate him as the killer. Up until now, Fennec's murderer is still not known.

However, Kwaw Kese, upon hearing this alleged death threat to Shatta Wale that is supposed to have been said by Bulldog is calling on the Ghana Police to revisit the case of his late friend and manager, Fennec Okyere that had Bulldog as the murder suspect.

Kwaw Kese's post on social media reads, "I'm hoping Ghana Police would delve deep into what Shatta Wale said on @PLUZZFM and go on to make justice prevail in the death of my manager."

Confirmed: Nana Aba Anamoah Resigns from TV3 Network

TV3’s Nana Aba Anamoah has resigned from the Kanda-based Television station. A source close to Nana Aba confirmed this to citifmonline.com on Monday November 2.

About a month ago, Nana Aba sparked a Twitter storm when pictures she tweeted suggesting she was at Old Trafford to watch her favorite team Manchester United  were not hers and that she was not at the stadium during the game.

The Manchester United supporter was widely criticized and mocked on social media. Although she explained that the entire incident was a prank and apologized, the management of TV3 in a dramatic turn suspended her for what it described as her involvement in “online photo theft.”
