XMenTour by Sarkodie and Prince Kofi Amoabeng at KNUST is over, see PHOTOS

The much anticipated XMenTour has finally come to a close.

The event took place at the Great Hall of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi this evening from 4PM.

The event was hosted by ace female Ghanaian TV and radio presenter, Anita Erskine.

The main speakers for the event were top Ghanaian musician, Sarkodie and CEO and former boss of UT Bank, Mr. Prince Kofi Amoabeng.

The purpose for the XMenTour was for Sarkodie and Mr. Prince Kofi Amoabeng to share thier success stories and provide teachings on how one can be successful in life to the students, and they did as expected of them both.

They delivered great speeches to all the students audience present tonight. And below are some quotes that came from them.

EC bore, issues a Warning Notice to Ghana Internet Warriors

"...and you will be banned...without notice." 

Since Madam Charlotte Osei assumed the office of the Chairperson of the independent Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC), a day never passes by without herself and the EC receiving deliveries of insults from the very people they are working for, Ghanaians. Insults from the radio, TV and social media are what they always wake up to everyday. And this is bacause of the persona of Madam Charlotte Osei and the activities of the EC, the logo re-branding, the ongoing voters' registration exercise and other operations that don't seem to meet the expectations of many Ghanaians. 

Ghanaians are not happy with the EC and the Ghana Internet Warriors(GIWa) are too, and it seems the only way for the internet warriors to register their displeasure with the EC is to go on social media platforms especially Facebook to verbally abuse them and their chairperson. 

The EC have always remain passive to their insults but today has brought some change as they have taken to their Facebook page to issue an important warning notice to all the Ghana Internet Warriors who keep insulting them and anyone who fail to abide by their notice will face something drastic, a ban.

Lydia Forson Claps Back at Haters, you won't believe what she said

Ghanaian multiple award winning actress, Lydia Forson seemed to have had enough free time on her hands yesterday evening and guess what she used that for. It's okay, stop guessing and let me tell you.

It is believed that Lydia Forson took to Twitter to search for what netizens are tweeting about her. In the process of her search, she came across a tweet that seemed to slander, mock and disrespect  her and she did not take it lightly at all. She clapped back at that 'internet warrior' and two other bullies and everything else followed.

PHOTOS: Bishop Obinim and Okomfo Yaw Appiah Spiritual Battle at Kumasi Jubilee Park

According to reports to SasuGhana, the controversial and popular General Overseer of the International God's Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim and some of his church members have taken to the Kumasi Jubilee Park in the Ashanti region to engage another popular fetish priest, Okomfo Yaw Appiah in spiritual but physical battle over supremacy this afternoon.

It is reported that Okomfo Yaw Appiah first threw the challenge and made himself available at the battle ground somewhere last week but Bishop Obinim did not show up due to reasons best known to the pastor.

But today, the people of the Kumasi metropolis woke up to the news that Bishop Obinim is ready and prepared to face off Okomfo Yaw Appiah at the Kumasi Jubilee Park.

Bishop Obinim and his other church members came fully amoured and with a white coffin to the battle ground to fight.

This drew attention and lots of people to the park to witness the physically spiritual bout.

It's also reported that due to one or maybe two reasons best known to Okomfo Yaw Appiah, Okomfo Yaw Appiah could not show up for the fight over who is superior between the two of them.

The white coffin was reserved to be used to burry the loser of this great encounter.

KSM Questions TB Joshua's 'prophecy' about Ghana, Calls it common sense

Vienna City night club fire, Yvonne Nelson says this could be the cause

According to Yvonne Nelson this could be the cause of all the misfortunes and disasters that keep befalling Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra including yesterday evening's fire outbreak that burnt down to ashes the Vienna City night club.

Last year's June 3 flood and fuel filling station (just opposite Vienna City night club) disaster at Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra that killed more than 150 people including children was blamed on the choked odawna river and other drains, narrow drains, indiscriminate dumping of refuse in drains and on the roads, improper planning, citing and layout of housing(building) structures (where they are built on water ways) and other human related activities that are bad to the environment in the Accra city.

Kwame Nkrumah Circle as a small town is a hub for all manner of commercial and 'business' activities ranging from buying, selling and stealing of phones, other electronic devices, food to selling of the body (sex trade).

In fact, KNC is a place if you are not careful as an individual, those road side phone dealers would sell you a soap as mobile phone. Pickpockets are also available at KNC pickpocketing vulnerable people. Every bad thing can be found at KNC; and most Ghanaians' especially those in Accra know this fact so they become extra careful when they go to KNC or Circle.

KNC used to house secret brothels for female commercial sex workers and their clients, but the same can't be said about it now because whether these brothels still exist there or not is yet to be known.

Kwame Nkrumah Circle also houses one of the popular night clubs in Ghana which is Vienna City night club and it is one of the few.

Aside all the night clubbing, casino gambling games and all the fun there, Vienna City night club and its environs have also been tagged by many Ghanaians as a point where prospective clients pick up their female commercial sex workers mostly during the dark hours of each day.

It is on this background of Kwame Nkrumah Circle (KNC) that has caused many Ghanaians including our own actress, Yvonne Nelson to believe that it is the many sins that go on at Circle that brought all these recent misfortunes.

Yesterday evening was a sad moment for all the stakeholders of the Vienna City night club in Accra as it got burnt down to ashes by a raging fire. PHOTOS HERE.
