The dancehall king in Ghana and arguably Africa, Shatta Wale, took to social media this afternoon to share a throwback photo of himself during the hard and trying times of his life as a young man living in the ghetto.
He captioned this throwback photo with a piece of motivational message which includes an advice to the ghetto youth; to not use guns or bullets to survive but rather use their brains.

"In life, If you FAIL, never give up because F.A.I.L means 'First Attempt In Learning'.
END is always not the END, because E.N.D means 'Effort Never Dies'.
If you get NO as an answer, remember that N.O also means 'Next Opportunity'.
"Don't easily throw in the towel and surrender, because QUITTING always lead to FAIL.
"Never mind what you're facing, never mind the family you're coming from, never mind the obstacles that are blocking your way,
try your best and beat them to become the best. This is what define a true Soldier.
"Every ghetto youth should stand firm on the ground, use your mind, talent, skills to make something positive in your life. Don't never use a gun or bullets to survive.
"Use your brain, because your brain is smarter and faster than the bullets.
"Work hard to achieve your dream, be careful of shortcut to success, it will always land you in danger and stay away from troubles.
Stay bless, may God be with you,
I love you...... #Sm4Lyf."
