Blakk Rasta, DJ Laposta and Kwame Bee Resign from Hitz FM in just one month

The host of the drive time "cruise control" programme on the Accra-based radio station(Hitz 103.9 FM), Kwame Bee who is known in private life as Reynold Empeh, has also jumped on the quitting train which has Blakk Rasta as the driver and DJ Laposta as the conductor.

Like Blakk Rasta and DJ Laposta, Kwame Bee made his resignation known on social media last Thursday that it is time to make a move to join the Excellence In Broadcasting (EIB) networks.

The post read, "It's so hard to say bye bye to hitz fm... and the listeners... but it's time to make a move."

He worked as a radio presenter at Hitz 103.9 FM for almost 7 years 3 months.

His reason(s) as to his resignation is still unknown to many.

He now works at Kasapa 102.3 FM, another Accra-based radio station.

He posted on social media today that, "I will be on Kasapa FM today from 2 to 6pm... Let's do it together... First day at work."

For Blakk Rasta, he resigned from Hitz FM on July 6.
